- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I give her a 2 because she did order a study, which got my epilepsy confirmed. Her staff is very rude, and you cannot get appointments without waiting weeks. No one will help you after hrs. I had some breakthrough seizures and my medication dosage needed to be raised they closed the phone lines at 3:55 and refused to page the dr for me. I had left the er thinking I could just call my dr and tell her my dosage has been changed no such luck. I called my general dr after hrs who fixed the medication, without my regular Dr's assistance, I would have ran out of Dilantin. Keep in mind she could easily view the ER records because I'm an established patient, and see that my dosage had been raised and why.October 12, 2017by Britney Martin
