  All the physicians, nurses and staff have always been friendly, professional and thoughtful in diagnosis. They work to determine the proper diagnosis. Both my children have gone there one since birth and the other since toddler years. Highly recommending. I prefer the Rainbow City location the most, but will go to Gadsden on Saturdays.

  This office has by far the worst admin I have ever heard of. I don't see how she (Renee) can still be running this clinic. She takes no responsibility and shows no sign of caring for patients or family. If you have another option definitely take it. My wife was so upset after trying to have a conversation with this person all she could do is walk out. Makes me really angry that people are in that kind of position and think they can treat people like they do. Don't deserve our business and really any business acting that way.
